At AA Plastic Solutions Ltd, we've carried out pipework and ductwork projects nationwide. We can butt fuse and socket fuse Polypropylene, Polyethylene and PVDF, as commonly used for chemical distribution, drains and effluent pipework. 

We can also purebond weld PFA up to 1".

We can offer a dual containment system, where the carrier pipe is contained inside a containment pipe for extra safety and peace of mind. The conception of "Secondary Containment" was born of the need to transport hazardous liquids contained in a pipeline, with minimum risk to life and environment. In the event of failure of the pipeline, any hazard would be contained.

We have a purebond welding machine for non-contact butt fusion of PFA, which is mainly used in clean rooms, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. We also specialise in fabricating spools to clients' ISOs and offer our services for in-house or on site jointing.
